Head into Grand Junction for some beer from Kannah Creek Brewing. The brewery’s new restaurant, Edgewater, serves up burgers brats, sandwiches and Kannah Creek beers near the banks of the Colorado River. Beers include the Standing Wave Pale Ale, Broken Oar IPA and the Highside Hefeweizen. Brewery tours are available Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 4 PM (905 Struthers Ave., Grand Junction; 970-243-3695).
