Just across the alley from Peach Street is Palisade Brewing Company, home to Dirty Hippy Dark Wheat. Stop in for lunch or just sample some beer while watching the brewers can the Dirty Hippy. Regular brews include Laid Back Blonde, High Desert Red, Off Belay IPA and Paw Print Porter. There’s also a super sweet root beer soda (200 Peach Ave., Palisade; 970-464-1462).
