Bar del Lago (Next to the lobby in Broadmoor West Building)
Located next to Ristaurante del Lago, Bar del Lago is the resort’s only Italian restaurant featuring a fine list of Italian wines and beers. The one Italian cocktail on the menu is the Bassano Sour made with Nardini Grappa (Italian brandy), fresh-squeezed lime juice, chamomile simple syrup, Luxardo Amaro and egg white foam. The cocktail is a play on the Pisco Sour and lives up to the sour in its name, but the taste is more complex with creamy and smooth elements. The chamomile tempers the stronger flavor  of the grappa. At Bar del Lago Italian house wines are on tap and easy-drinking Italian lagers come in bottles. Pair with a selection of wood-fired pizzas.
