Kachina Hosts Beer Pairing Dinner With Bourbon County Rarities, Jan. 16
On Saturday, January 16, Kachina Southwestern Grill in Westminster will host the Bourbon County Rare Beer Dinner featuring Goose Island Beer Company of Chicago. Tickets are limited.
Enjoy this special event featuring the brewery’s Bourbon County Line. Get a chance to taste Goose Island’s most exclusive and highly sought after beers including the Rare Bourbon County Brand Stout. Only a limited number of cases are released each year and usually sell out within minutes.
Chef Jeff Bolton will pair these releases with a four-course dinner. House Smoked Bison Pastrami Sandwiches will be paired with Bourbon County Brand Regal Rye Stout, BBQ Rubbed Quail and Braised Baby Back Ribs will be paired with Bourbon County Brand Stout, Dazbog Coffee Crusted Ribeye will be paired with the Bourbon Country Brand Coffee Stout, a Southwestern Braised Pork Belly and Duck Cassoulet will be paired with Rare Bourbon County Brand Stout and for dessert, a Dessert Trio will be paired with Old Rip Van Winkle 10-Year Bourbon.
