Where to Watch "The Fight" in Denver on May 2
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, then you are aware the Floyd Mayweather v. Manny Pacquiao fight will begin at 7 PM Mountain Time on Saturday, May 2, at the MGM in Las Vegas. Billed as the “Fight of the Century,” this could be a boxing match you don’t want to miss. Instead of shelling out over $100 for Pay-Per-View, head to one of these local watering holes and catch the fight on the big screen with a few hundred of your closest friends.
Dave & Buster's
Both D&B locations are offering two different food and drink packages for the fight. Package #1 includes appetizers, dessert, soda and Power Cards for only $55.99 per person. Package #2 includes everything in #1, plus unlimited videogame play and drink tickets for $74.99. Packages can be purchased online. Jackson’s
Over in Lower Downtown at Jackson’s, fans can reserve a table for four for $150 or get a VIP table for four that includes dinner entrees and a Cuervo 1800 Knockout margarita pitcher for $250. Groups who reserve tables are guaranteed to be up front for both packages. Otherwise the fight is $25 per person for general admission. Tables and general admission tickets can be purchased online. LoDo's Bar and Grill
All three locations of LoDo’s Bar and Grill will have a cover charge for the fight on May 2. However, order your ticket in advance and pay only $20. Tickets will be $25 at the door. Tavern Downtown/Cowboy Lounge
At the Cowboy Lounge next to the Tavern Downtown, guests can enjoy the fight on the Lounge’s huge projection screen TV and all the other TVs in the bar. Doors open at 6 PM, and cover here is $20. ViewHouse Centennial
Only in Centennial can fight aficionados enjoy the match on a 200-inch HD TV. It’s considered to be the largest TV in the country not inside a sports arena. Reserve a table in advance for a minimum of $150 (drink and food extra). Table seatings are at 5:45 and 6:15 PM. Guests can also pay a $10 cover fee at the door for standing room only.
