This Aurora-based brewery has been mingling exotic tastes since 2005 and fall brings in Dry Dock’s Imperial Pumpkin Ale. The brewers use Saigon and Indonesian cinnamons along with nutmeg, ginger, allspice, mace and cloves to create this autumnal seasonal.
