Highland Tap & Burger: This Highlands bar sports 20 taps pouring Colorado brews, mostly what are dubbed “approachable beers” - sips that both beer geeks and casual consumers would enjoy. Along with the usual suspects (New Belgium, Odell’s, Oskar Blues, Left Hand) you can also choose an exclusive house specialty beer. Again, one tap in the bar for kegs from out of state, and regulars on the guest list include Deschutes, Firestone Walker and Lagunitas (2219 W. 32nd Ave.; 720-287-4493).
