Seventh Annual Winter Brew Fest, January 25
No matter what temperatures January throws our way, Denver denizens can warm up with some cold craft brew alongside a couple thousand of our closest friends at the Winter Brew Fest on Friday, January 25. Tickets are now on sale, and the event will sell out, so read on to find out why you should snag yours today.
Winter Brew Fest is a great opportunity for seasoned breweries to get new and seasonal brews out to the public and for new breweries to show off some swagger. Locals in attendance will include Avery, Boulder Beer, Breckenridge, Odell’s, Renegade, Ska, Strange Brew, Upslope and Wynkoop. The event also features beers from around the country and the world, including Alaskan, Lagunitas, Angry Orchard and Sapporo. Missing your favorite? Check out the more participating breweries on the event website here.
This year’s Winter Brew Fest will be held at Mile High Station (just south of Sports Authority Field) and will feature two full floors of great beers for attendees to sample. In addition, musical entertainment features gypsy rock band Lost Caravan, and there will be a silent auction to benefit Swallow Hill Music. Food tents and beer-related vendors will also be set up.
Tickets are $30 in advance ($35 at the door) for all you care to taste from 7–10 PM, plus a special souvenir glass. VIP passes are also available for an additional $10, which scores you an extra hour of beer tasting along with a special cheese and beer pairing.
