Polished Tavern First Anniversary Party, December 8

It’s been a good year for vodka on Larimer street. It was one year ago that Slawek Golabek and partner Cezary Grosfeld took a former Writers Square deli and turned it into one of the most “polished” establishments in the neighborhood, with a menu of Polish and European food and a focus on one of Poland’s favorite spirits.

On Saturday, December 8, Polished Tavern is host a first anniversary celebration, and to get things started off right, all customers who stop in for dinner, snacks or drinks will receive one free shot of Sobieski Vodka, a high-end spirit popular in Poland.

So if you’re a fan of infused vodka (there are many), Polish beer, pierogies or just partying in an elegant environment, make plans to head over for some birthday fun.
