Beer and pizza go together like hops and malt. The folks at Epic Brewing and Parry's Pizzeria both know this and are teaming up for a beer and pizza pairing dinner on Tuesday, February 27, at the pizzeria in Highlands Ranch. Enjoy a three-course beer and pizza pairing dinner.

Start the evening with a welcome beer, Los Locos Mexican-style lager. Then dig into a bruschetta or tuna appetizer with Parry's Crushin' It Cream Ale brewed by Epic Brewing. Second course is a choice of a 9-inch pizza, either the Mae West white pie paired with Epic's Tart and Juicy or the Thai Chicken Pizza paired with Parry's New England IPA, also brewed by Epic. Dessert is Epic's Lil' Brainless Raspberry Ale pared with a Parry's cannoli and chocolate sauce. Is your mouth watering yet?

Cost is $35 per person and no reservations are necessary, unless there is going to be a larger group. The dinners begin at 5 PM and offered all evening long so get there when you can. Parry's is located at 9567 S. University Blvd.
