Where to Cure a NYE Hangover in Denver
New Year’s Eve is a chance to celebrate the year gone by and look forward to the year ahead. However, we tend over celebrate on this big party holiday. If that happens to you this year, here are some places that will have something to help what ‘ales’ you on New Year’s Day, Monday, January 1. Cures include big food buffets, tasty tidbits, soothing music and of course, more booze. Bottoms up!
Brunch, Booze and Beats, ViewHouse Ballpark
Beginning at 10 AM start your New Year’s Day with a bottomless Mimosa tower inside the courtyard’s heated tent. There will also be live music from Ninety Percent 90s until 2 PM. Lawn games available all day long. Reservations taken for groups of four or more only. (2015 Market St.; 720-477-4368)
Max’s Wine Dive

Punch Bowl Social Hungover and Hungry NYD

PBS is also serving a house-made detoxifying juice called The Ginger Rogers to give your New Year a boost. You can also get what PBS is famous for, punch bowls cocktails. (Downtown, 65 Broadway; 303-765-2695: Stapleton, 3120 N. Uinta St.; 720-500-3788)
Resolute New Year's
The appropriately-named Centennial microbrewery Resolute Brewing will open from 2 to 9 PM on New Year's Day with a "Hair of the Dog" special: Buy one, get one on all pours (flights excluded). The brewery will also have raffle prizes and if you bring your best four-legged friend, he earns a raffle ticket too. Revenge of the Pork BBQ truck will be on site and you'll get a free pint card for future use when ordering food. Last, but not least, Resolute will be tapping its very last batch of the 9.61% ABV Belgian Golden Strong Ale - that's about 65 pours - and then it's gone, just like 2017. (7285 S.
