Napa Valley is Running a Christmas-Themed Wine Train to the 'North Pole' For the Holidays
If you've ever wanted to travel to the North Pole for the holidays, you can — but you have to get to the Napa Valley first.
According to Tasting Table, the Napa Valley's famous Wine Train is decking itself out for the holidays and transforming into the "Santa Train." Guests who love both Christmas and wine (and who among us doesn't?) can embark on a 90 minute journey to the "North Pole," otherwise known as a train station in Yountville that has been magically turned into "Santa's workshop."
The train takes guests right through vineyards on its way, and all passengers can take part in festive Christmas carols and snack on cookies and hot cocoa — and, of course, those are who of age can crack open some wine, although this family-friendly event also allows children, who can spend their train ride writing letters to Santa.
The train begins its Christmas journey on November 18 and runs through December 29, and with tickets priced at just $39, you can head to the North Pole for a price the whole family will love.
