Drink Rogue Beer This Summer to Raise Money for College Students

Rogue Ales & Spirits announced the release of the Hot Tub Scholarship Lager this week, which proceeds benefits the Jack Joyce Scholarship Fund.
The beer is a 4.6% ABV German-style helles lager. It was named after the first recipient of the Joyce scholarship disclosed that, besides paying tuition and buying textbooks with their prize money, they used some of the proceeds to purchase a hot tub. Pretty rogue move on their part.
The scholarship fund, which is named after Rogue’s founder, benefits students at the Oregon State University’s fermentation sciences program. "We're proud to help the next generation of brewers and distillers get a chance to make their dreams come true," said Rogue President Brett Joyce in a press release.
Ten percent of the proceeds of all Hot Tub Scholarship Lagers go to the fund, now through the end of September. Find the beer in 12oz six packs of cans nationwide by using Rogue’s beer finder.
