Second – Queen Weaver ants toasted with garlic and tossed with Campanelle paired with Blind Watchmaker Red.
Third – Locust Skewers with roasted root vegetables paired with Canned Chardonnay
Fourth – Chinese Black Ant-topped salted caramels paired with Petite Verdot
Afterward stay to enjoy seasoned cricket popcorn and take home a goodie bag with insect cuisine treats.
Along with trying out these interesting dishes, guests can learn how to add edible insects to their diets and amaze their friends. Cost is $35 per person and reservations are required. Call 303-736-8376 (x4) or email drink@theinfinitemonkeytheorem.com.
