Saison lovers should head over to TAG Restaurant in Larimer Square for a four-course beer pairing dinner featuring Funkwerks from Fort Collins. The dinner is Wednesday, March 15 at the restaurant.

Guests may be familiar with Funkwerks, known for award winning Saisons and Belgian beer styles, but the brewery also likes to have fun with beers. This dinner will feature a variety of Funkwerks brews paired with tasty dishes from Chef Guard’s original restaurant. Here is what’s on the menu:

Beer reception with passed appetizers –Scallop Ravioli and Smoked Beef Tartare with Raspberry Provincial
First Course – Vitello Tonnato with The Saison
Second Course – Alaskan Halibut in Olive with The Nelson Sauvin
Third Course – Long Island Duck Dou with The Mango King
Fourth Course – Cherry Dordial with Dark Prophet
