See What You Missed at Denver's Bourbon & Bacon Fest 2017
Denver's second annual Bourbon and Bacon Festival was held Saturday afternoon, January 21, covering two floors of the McNichols Civic Center Buidling. Twelve select distilleries both national and international featured rare and specially aged bourbons while some of Denver's best retaurants brought their best bacon dishes.
Hundreds of people enjoy tastes both sweet and savory including candied fried bacon, maple bacon cupcakes, pork belly potstickers, bacon wrapped beignets and slow cooked baked beans and bacon. Guests also had a chance to visit with distillers to learn about their favorite bourbons and what makes them unique. Is your mouth watering yet? See what you missed in photos.
Bourbon and Bacon Fest is held in a variety of cities across the country and upcoming cities are Boston, Kansas City and Seattle.
