You Can Have Both at Denver's Bourbon and Bacon Fest

"Two great tastes that taste great together"

Some things just go better together - Peanut Butter and Jelly, Ice Cream and Cake, Captain and Tennille. Let’s add another pairing to the list. The second annual Bourbon and Bacon Fest happens Saturday, January 21, at McNichols Civic Center Building and we can’t wait.

This unique event will bring together two great tastes in a variety of ways. Sample food from the area’s best restaurants with premium whiskeys and succulent bacon used in the dishes. There will also be samples of premium bourbons and whiskeys along with smoky pork goodness.  Enjoy such tasty treats as bacon mac and cheese, bacon cupcakes, and bourbon and bacon milkshakes.

Sponsored by Buffalo Trace Distillery and Colorado Pork Producers Council, spirits on hand will include Fireball, Bowmore, Auchentoshan, Basil Hayden, Breckenridge Bourbon, Caribou Crossing, Elmer T. Lee, Rebecca Creek, Solera and Templeton Rye. Restaurants include Milk & Cake, Jill’s Bistro, Russell’s Smokehouse, River and Woods, Gigi’s Cupcakes, Southern Hospitality, and range. This is just a partial list. To see the full lineup, visit the website.

Tickets begin at $55 for General Admission from 3-5 PM. First Glance Tickets are $75 per person and allow ticket holders early entry at 2:30 PM. VIP Tickets are $95 per person and allow entry at 2 PM and features a VIP lounge with a dedicated bartender and special tastings just for those with VIP tickets. All tickets can be purchased on the website.

This event is 21 and over only.
