Great Divide Brewing Company has declared November 14-18 as National Yeti Awareness Week in honor of the brewery’s Yeti Beer Series. To celebrate one of GD’s most beloved beers, Denverites will find Yetis at taphouses all over town. However, the biggest celebration will be at the brewery’s Barrel Bar on Friday, November 18 from 5-10 PM.

The party will feature all eight Yetis on tap, including three barrel aged versions of the mythical creature. There will also be one-off firkins of Apple Pie, Chai and Ancho Chili/Cinnamon/Vanilla Yetis in addition to Hot Yeti and Cold Yeti. Cap off the evening with 100 mini-cupcakes baked with some Yeti as well, and some cheese and small plates to go with those beers. All non-barrel aged beers will be 20% off.

National Yeti Awareness Week will also serve as the launch of the new Yeti three-packs featuring three different Yeti flavors. Each three-pack will include a Yeti Carabiner Mug.
