Join Cheese+Provisions Head Cheesemonger and co-owner Steve Duty for an exceptional wine and cheese pairing. August is the time for peak cheese and wine flavor.

Learn how to get the most out of your cheese and wine pairings by exploring some summer favorites. Guests will learn how to consider the acidity and fat content of each type of cheese, how to choose regional pairings and look for common characteristics in both.

Class starts at 7 PM, but guests are welcome to arrive early to purchase wine or beer to enjoy with the class. After class, all participants will get 10% off all purchases that night. Cost is $50 per person and tickets can be purchased online.
