Kick It at Sports Authority Field at Mile High for Collaboration Fest, March 19

Taste some of the most creative beers around at the third annual Collaboration Fest held at Sport Authority Field. This year’s festival will feature over 85 collaborative projects from around the world on Saturday, March 19.

This unique festival has been dubbed “America’s most creative beer festival” by Food & Wine Magazine and showcases some unique and unusual one-off beers. The festival pairs one brewery from Colorado with one or even two other breweries. All Colorado breweries must be members of the Colorado Brewers Guild and the pairing breweries are sometimes just across the street, across the country, or across the globe.

The idea of the festival is for brewers to share experience and technique in crafting the best ingredients into a mighty fine beer. Every collaboration beer has a story, so guests are encouraged to talk to the brewers to find how these amazing beers came about. After this festival most of these beers will be gone. There will be 149 breweries from five countries and 21 US states participating in this year’s event. Visit the website for the full list of breweries.

The event will be from 3-6:30 PM inside Sports Authority Field. General Admission tickets are $55 per person and include unlimited sampling and a special event glass. VIP tickets are $80 per person and allow an early entry at 2 PM for advance tastings. Tickets can be purchased online.
