Argyll Whisky Beer will be closed Christmas Day, but the staff are hard at work preparing a proper English Boxing Day celebration on Saturday, December 26. The tradition states that the holiday developed as servants celebrated their own Christmas the following day and employers would present them with gift boxes.

Enjoy a traditional Boxing Day menu featuring Chicken Tikka Salad and skewers, Shepherd’s Pie with Yorkshire Pudding, and Beef Wellington or Vegetable Grating. The customary British dessert, Spotted Dick, finishes the meal that is a slightly more relaxed version of the traditional Christmas dinner. Argyll will also feature bomber specials such as Boulevard Saison Brett for $10, Almanac Golden Gose for $13, and Firestone Walker Double DBA for $20.

The meal is $35 per person and Argyll is open from 10 AM to 2 AM on Saturdays.
