Harry Potter Studios to Serve Christmas Feast in the Great Hall

by Nina Starner on Sep 30, 2015 in Events

If you’ve ever dreamed of eating a delicious Christmas feast at the original, preserved Harry Potter Studios outside of London (and of course you have), you’re in luck. Usually, Harry Potter tours mean either your kids will beg to go with you, or you end up nearly trampling someone else’s. For this Christmas feast, that particular issue isn’t an issue at all, since this wizarding extravaganza is adults only (meaning, 18 and up.)

For the completely reasonable price of £230 (which comes out to around $350), you can now book a holiday dinner table in Hogwarts’ very own Great Hall. With your ticket comes your own wand, two dinner courses, drinks, and the experience of eating Christmas dinner just like Harry would, since all of the sets will be decorated for the holidays. It does not, unfortunately, come with a famous Mrs. Weasley-made sweater, though the studios should really consider adding that to sweeten the deal. This new feature opens on December 3, which means American Potter fans should all be scrambling to book flights to London right about now.

The ticket also includes dessert served on Platform 9 ¾, admission to the studio tour itself, and a probably non-magical Christmas cracker, though, we can dream about opening one of those to find a wizard chess set of our very own. Check the Warner Bros. studio website for a full itinerary, more details, and the chance to purchase tickets for the most magical Christmas ever.
