Where to Watch the Women's World Cup Final in Denver

USA! USA! USA!

The women of the US National Team have made it to the FIFA World Cup Final. In a rematch of 2011, the US will play Japan, the team that beat them for the same title four years ago. Time for some retribution. Here are a number of places that will be showing the game on Sunday, July 5 and offering tasty drink specials. The game, happening in Vancouver, Canada, will be at 5 PM on Sunday in Denver. Go USA!

Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom
All area Old Chicago restaurants will be ready for the game on Sunday with a new hot dog menu for summer. Wash one down with a beer from the taproom’s 30+ taps. Sunday is also the last day of the Extra Innings Mini-tour so finish off your beer card and receive an Old Chicago batting practice jersey. (All 12 Area Locations)

Fado’s Irish Pub
Fado’s is Denver’s footie headquarters. Wear your red, white, and blue if you want to fit in here. Sunday soccer drink specials will be in effect. Get here at least an hour early if you want to find a good seat to see all the action. (1735 19th St.: 303-297-066)

Stout Street Social
Watch all the action at Stout Street on the many TV’s. For every goal the US team scores, guests will receive a free pint of Yellow Card American Blonde from Comrade Brewing. What a deal! (1400 Stout St.: 720-214-9100)

Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill
Downtown at the Lion, happy hour will start at 3 PM on Sunday. Cheer on the women by enjoying one of the 52 craft, import, and domestic beers on tap. The bar says if the action gets too intense, take a cooling run through Union Station’s water fountain right outside. (1605 Wynkoop St.; 303-623-0316)
