The Biergarten Festival in Morrison is Back, July 10-12

Denver’s best beer garden, oops, that should be biergarten, will open again July 10–12 in Morrison. The 19th Annual Biergarten Festival celebrating everything Bavarian is back!

Just like an authentic German beer garden, this family-friendly event is steeped in German food, entertainment, live music, dancing and our favorite, BEER! The event is open to the public on the grounds of the TEV Edelweiss at 17832 Highway 8 just off C-470 and Highway 285 in Morrison.

Lederhosen and dirndls encouraged! Enjoy Paulaner and Hacker-Pschorr beer and live music from Rick Borger’s Average German Band, Austrian Connection, Steve Rock, and The Rheinlanders. See traditional dancing by Denver Kickers. Guests can even take part in a bratwurst eating contest Saturday afternoon.

The outdoor fun starts Friday, July 10, at 4 PM. Saturday the garten opens at 11 AM and Sunday at 10 AM. Sunday also features a special all-you-can-eat Frühschoppen (brunch) from 10 AM to 2 PM. Adults are $15 for brunch and children only $8.

Tickets are purchased at the door (cash only, but ATMs will be onsite) for $5 Friday and Saturday and $3 on Sunday. Special early-bird pricing on Sunday is only $1 from 10 AM to noon. Children 12 and under are free to enter. Kids will have fun at the play area featuring bouncy castle, carnival games, sack races, egg races and “Towandschiessen,” a soccer goal wall.
