Tickets are on Sale Now for the Denver Zoo's 26th Annual Do at the Zoo

The Denver Zoo announced that tickets for the 2015 Do at the Zoo gala are now on sale. Join a few hundred of Denver's best party animals, along with the zoo's animals, at this lavish food and drink festival. Leave the strollers at home though, because kids are not allowed. This year's Do is Thursday, June 18.

The event will kick-off with a special VIP party at 6 PM featuring fantastic food from celebrity Chef Jennifer Jasinski as well as from Roija, Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen, Bistro Vendome and Stoic & Genuine. The gates will open at 7 PM for regular ticket holders and the fest will feature over 60 of Denver’s top restaurants and brewpubs. There will also be live music, dancing and up-close and personal animal encounters during the most beautiful time of day at the zoo, twilight.

As of May 15, some 20 breweries will be serving at the event: Big Choice BrewingBlue Spruce, Boulder, Bristol, CAUTION Brewing, Colorado Cider Company, DeschutesFATE Brewing, Full Sail, Great Divide, Lowdown, OdellOskar Blues, Paulaner, Platt ParkRenegade Brewing, River North, Upslope, Walnut, Wynkoop and Republic National Distributing for spirits. Many more are sure to be added. Live music will be scattered throughout the zoo featuring the Fabulous Boogienauts, Soul Sacrifice: A Tribute to Santana, Steve Manshel, Matt Spinks Trio and Megan Burtt & the Cure for Love.

Tickets are on sale now on the Denver Zoo website. Tickets are $175 for individuals and $300 for VIP, which includes early access at 6 PM, valet parking and an exclusive VIP party. Cocktail attire is required. What will this year’s gala cocktail be? Follow Drink Denver to find out.

Presented by Anadarko Petroleum Corporations, the event will benefit the Zoo’s education initiatives and community outreach programs. These programs bring science and animals to life for almost 215,000 individuals and students during the year. These programs also include scholarships and bilingual education.
