Session Kitchen will once again host Denver’s biggest (and possibly only) May the 4th Be with You Dinner on Monday, May 4, at the restaurant on South Pearl Street. This year’s dinner is even more impressive with co-hosts and Star Wars rivals Lagunitas and New Belgium breweries representing both sides of the Force.

Highlights from Chef Scott Parker’s Star Wars-inspired menu include Green Fal-Hoth-El Balls, Aleppo Chili Citrus Rubbed Whole Roasted Lamb, Cavatelli from the Mustafar Pasta Bar and the Death Star Crequembouche for dessert.

Included this year will be a costume contest with prizes, swag, photo booth for posterity and out-of-this-galaxy beers from New Belgium and Lagunitas. The evening’s lineup includes:

New Belgium (Jedi): Slow Ride, Pear Ginger Beer, Le Terroir, Oatmeal IPA and Oscar Worthy Coffee on Nitro.

Lagunitas (Sith): Daytime, Waldo, Imperial Wheatwine Ale, Equinox and High West-ified Imperial Coffee Stout.

Cost is $65 per nerd, and the first welcome bite and beer will be served at 6 PM. Seating is limited so call 720-763-3387 to reserve a seat on the Millennium Falcon today.
