Join the Blowout Bash at The Bark Bar, Jan 15

Because of ongoing issues with the City of Denver, The Bark Bar in West Highlands is going to close down and relocate. Where they are moving to is up in the air at this moment, but the bar plans on going out with a bang. Everyone is invited to the Blowout Bash on Thursday, January 15, starting at 4 PM.

The Bark Bar was the first of its kind in Denver, a bar with a fenced-in dog park so patrons could bring their fur babies to play while they enjoyed an adult beverage. As with many new ideas, there were a few potholes in the road. Some residential neighbors complained about the barking and there were many, many challenges with permits and licenses from the city. As a result, The Bark Bar is going to relocate outside of Denver city limits.

Before they move, The Bark Bar is inviting you and your dogs to stop by for one last bark. Starting at 4 PM on January 15 until the shelves are empty, guests can enjoy 50% off EVERYTHING in the bar. That includes beer, wine, cocktails, coffee and merchandise. Since they can’t take it with them, we might as well drink it!

After the party, Drink Denver will keep up with the owners to find out when and where the new location will open. Enjoy the last week of the old location at  4132 W 38th Ave.
