A Look at the New ViewHouse Centennial/DTC
Tech Center friends! The new ViewHouse is open and ready to party!
The restaurant kicked off with a bang during the grand opening parties over Labor Day weekend. While similar to the original restaurant downtown near Coors Field, the staff at the ViewHouse DTC say this place will have its own special vibe along with its own food and cocktail menu. Speaking of menus, a Happy Hour menu is available Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 PM featuring drinks from $3-$7 and food from $3-$9.
At 30,000 SF, including 10,000 SF of outdoor space, the ViewHouse has plenty of room for those who want to take in the view. Even from the walled-in patio guests can still see the sunset over the Rocky Mountains on the horizon. The patio offers water features and fountains, a fire place and pagoda-covered soft seating spaces. Half the patio is covered in surprisingly cushy AstroTurf with a volleyball net and four sets of cornhole. The upstairs patio and bar have even more views of the Rocky Mountain skyline. Inside, the bar boasts the largest TV in the metro area not inside a sports stadium. The bar claims the screen can be clearly seen by cars driving by on I-25.
The new ViewHouse is located at 7101 S. Clinton Street in Centennial, just off I-25. Some of you may remember this address as the location of the former Trail Dust Saloon, also known as the place where the wait staff cut off your tie if you walked in wearing one. No worries about that happening at the ViewHouse. However, the atmosphere may make you feel like loosening the tie after you enter.
