Time to get steamed Denver. Join Humboldt for the first annual Uptown Clam Bake on Sunday, July 20. Enjoy some tasty bivalves from the East Coast at this Uptown restaurant. 

Guests can dine on Blue Island Steamers, Denver Linguica Sausage, corn on the cob, red potatoes and a watermelon, tomato and ricotta salata. For dessert enjoy a house pound cake, macerated stone fruit and vanilla bean creme chantilly. Wash down all this food with drinks from the included-in-the-price beer and wine bar. Special guest CEO Chris Quartuccio from Blue Island Oyster Company in NY will be on hand to share his knowledge with those who are at their first ever clam bake.
