Join the ViewHouse downtown and Colorado's own Spring 44 at a special dinner on Thursday, June 26. Come hungry because there will be five courses.

On the table will be wild salmon crudo and pink peppercorn pea tendril salad paried with a light Spring 44 Vodka cocktail. Second course features bird's eye chili spiced pork bao, pressed English cucumbers and greens paired with a sweet Spring 44 Honey Vodka cocktail. The third course features spring pistou Colorado striped bass on sticky rice with a delicious cocktail featuring Spring 44 Old Tom Gin. The fourth course is scored blood sausage with garden root vegetables paired with a special cocktail made with Spring 44 Straight Bourbon. Dessert is a vanilla bean jericallas con churros paired with a cocktail containing Spring 44 Single Barrel Bourbon, vanilla syrup, angostura bitters, orange zest and cinnamon.
