Join Kachina Southwestern Grill in Westminster on Thursday, June 5, for the third annual Bison & Beer Dinner. The event starts at 6:30 PM at the Westin Westminster.

Guests can enjoy a meal from Chef Bolton featuring the meats of Prairie Ridge Buffalo Ranch in Limon, CO, and the brews of Left Hand Brewing Company. Guests will get to mingle with ranchers and brewers at a cocktail reception from 6:30 PM to be followed by a four-course dinner starting at 7:30.
