Cook Street, School of Culinary Arts, is offering a special class to the public just in time for summer. The Art of Entertaining: Tiki Night will be Friday, May 30, from 6 to 9 PM.

Learn from the best chefs at Cook Street. They will teach guests not only how to cook, but also how to create a menu and organize a world-class evening with friends. Guests will also learn the techniques to preparing dishes and drinks, which will make you a better host.

On May 30, learn how to make traditional island dishes with a gourmet flair, perfect for serving at a summer luau. After all the learning, guests get to sample the goods with small plates and fun Tiki cocktails.
