Kachina Southwestern Grill in Westminster will host its second annual Bison and Beer Dinner on Saturday, January 25. Enjoy a cocktail hour followed by a four-course dinner paired with fine beers.

The Bison & Beer Dinner will feature delicious dishes from Kachina's Chef Bolton using tender bison from Prairie Ridge Buffalo Ranch in Limon paried with the finely crafted beers of New Belgium in Fort Collins. The evening starts with a cocktail reception where guests can meet with the ranchers and brewers starting at 6:30 PM. The dinner menu features bison skirt steak paired with Fat Tire and Snapshot Beer Margarita and braised bison short rib paired with Cigar City. Dessert is caramel apple and pepita bread pudding with bison bacon gelato paired with Paardebloem. 

Cost for the dinner is $45 per person and reservation are recommended. Call 303-410-5813 to RSVP.
