Called Ristorante Del Lago, the restaurant is designed by Adam D. Tihany and will bring a touch of Italy to Pike's Peak. Starting in January The Broadmoor's fine dinning restaurant Summit will offer a four-course menu featuring Italy's finest wines paired with incredible dishes such as slow cooked veal, roasted potato gnocchi and smoked pork loin.
The first event is Monday, January 20, and will feature Castelfeder Winery located in Northern Italy. The pairing will be hosted by Ines Giovanett, third generation owner and operater of the family winery.
