A pub crawl in Cherry Creek North will be an evening enjoyed. This upscale neighborhood near the Cherry Creek Mall at First Avenue and University Boulevard is a wonderfully walkable area with a fine selection of bars and restaurants to suit any taste. Whether you spend the day shopping or had a round of golf at Cherry Creek Country Club, spend your evening dining on delicious food and a drink or two or three.
Hapa Sushi: You’ll have to leave work early to enjoy this sushi happy hour starting at 2:30 PM. Two rolls are $7. The sushi bar also offers a special rice beer called Hapa Beer brewed just for the restaurant by Great Divide Brewing and is only $2.50 a glass. Guests can also enjoy $3 sakes. Milwaukee Street Tavern: Happy hour at this tavern starts at 3:30 PM. The bar offers more than 23 beers, and each day brings a different featured brew for only $3. Try Thunder Bowling or catch a game on one of the many TVs. Get some tasty burgers or sandwiches to fill you up because there are more drinks to be had in Cherry Creek North

Cherry: A few doors north of Milwaukee,
ultra-chic nightclub Cherry kicks off happy hour at 5 PM. Why a nightclub so early? Because Cherry offers $5 Martinis and the bar has more than a dozen flavors of them. For those who want dessert, there are five kinds of Chocolate Martinis to choose from, as well as a sweet sipper dubbed the Wedding Cake. From here head over to 3rd Avenue and walk west to Detroit (231 Milwaukee St.; 303-362-1145).
Vinue Food & Wine Bar: Happy hour at the Vinue is until 7 PM so that is plenty of time to sample one of the bar’s 68 different wines. Wines are $5-7 a glass. For some variety, try several samples in 1.5, 3 or 6 ounce pours. Small plates and flatbreads are available for snacking during happy hour. From here walk one block west to Clayton, then south to 2nd Avenue

Cherry Cricket: The world famous Cherry Cricket has been a burger institution for decades and featured on numerous food and travel shows, but if you get here for the late night happy hour from 10-Midnight, you’ll run into a local crowd. With 15 taps and more than 25 bottles, there are plenty of beers to choose from to go with a late night burger. To burn some calories after all that food, head east down 2nd Avenue

Cherry: You have how returned to Cherry were you can dance the night away. Depending on the night, guests can boogie to salsa, tango, 80s throwback or the hottest DJs from Europe. For those who prefer lounging, Cherry offers personal liquor lockers to store your favorite fine spirits for sipping on the sofas. Since happy hours are all night long on Wednesday and Thursday, you can still afford some cocktails too.
