VML Wines and TAG Restaurant five-course wine dinner
2051Wine goddess Ginny Lambrix of VML Wines of Sonoma will bring out the hidden gems of the Russian River with her pinot and chardonnay. Chef Troy Guard's menu highlights include Diver Scallop Crudo, Smoked Scottish Steelhead Sous Vide, Seared Duck Breast, Nose to Tail Rabbit and Sweet Corn Crème Brulee all paired with a VML wine selection.
