In another entry in their series of "pop-up" brewery dinners, Chef Michael Long and Mike Burns of Chef and Brew Events bring forth their most adventurous dinner yet: The Walpurgis dinner at Prost Brewing.

"We were searching for a fun Germanic theme to fit with Prost's traditionalist approach and the Walpurgis idea really stuck out. Walpurgis is an ancient German Holiday to chase away winter spirits. It’s essentially a Halloween of the spring, perfect for the fun we want to have! From there we conceived an authentic German menu that matches the beers of Prost but with modern style," says Chef Long. He is also excited to re-create the Bee stung Cake, a confection he learned, and last made, in Culinary School in 1989.
