Six-Course Dinner and Wine Pairing at TAG
Join TAG for a six-course dinner and wine pairing with special guest Dennis Cakebread of Napa Valley's Cakebread Cellars on Thursday, March 14, at 7 PM. Chef Troy Guard's menu will include scallop and blue crab with coconut, foie gras torchon with qince three ways, venison with burrata carmelized fennel and chorizo vinaigrette, kobe burger with bacon jam, pear, mache and umami aiolo and cherry clafoutis with vanilla Earl Grey creme anglaise.
