This new eatery in the Highlands has an in-house butcher who cuts and cures meats on site, and while the entrees are great, you consider bacon for dessert. The maple bacon crème caramel combines bacon custard, maple syrup and candied bacon from Denver Bacon Company into bacony goodness that's best enjoyed with Old Major’s house wines from Infinite Monkey Theorem.
