Le Tavern (First Floor of Broadmoor Main)
This peaceful pub offers the best of both modern dining and old world charm with a beautiful dark wood bar and low lighting. If you walk all the way to the back of the restaurant you’ll find one of the resort’s secret spots, the garden area with al fresco dining surrounded by greenery and an amazing chandelier. Sip Prohibition-era cocktails from Bartender Patrick such as the Bees Knees made with gin, lemon juice and honey. Designed to hide the taste of Prohibition gin, the cocktail has a slight medicinal taste, like lemon honey cough syrup that coats your throat in lemony goodness. Patrons can also order a Dark & Stormy made with Crabby’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer from England, Gosling’s Black Seal Rum and lime. John’s Cosmo made with vodka, Grand Marnier, lime and cranberry is the bar’s most popular drink. Pair these cocktails with an oyster flight from the restaurant’s raw bar.
