Breakside Brewery Barrel-Aged Bottle Release and Winter Formal, December 15

Breakside Brewery Barrel-Aged Bottle Release and Winter Formal, December 15

If you love barrel-aged and strong winter ales, don’t miss this weekend’s release at the Breakside Brewpub. On Saturday, December 15 starting at noon, Breakside Brewery will offer six of its specialty beers in 750-ml. bottle format for $14 per bottle. The limited edition of 120 bottles each marks the first bottling for Breakside since May, and also represents the first time any of the half dozen barrel-aged and strong brews have been bottled, ever. Check out the list below of what you’ll find when you go, and make sure to get there early; these bombers will sell out fast.

Though you can't buy advance tickets for bottles, you can score entry to the Breakside Winter Formal, held that same evening at 7:30 PM at the Melody Ballroom. The barrel-aged brews will be available on tap at the party, plus a full liquor bar. Wear "Portland formal" attire and come ready to dance and get your photo taken. A $12 general admission ticket or a $20 package that includes two drink tickets can be purchased online here. Bring a donation for Toys for Tots and get another drink ticket, absolutely free.
