The Hamilton Celebrates Its First Thanksgiving

Executive Chef Sal Ferro will prepare a seasonal, farm-fresh Thanksgiving holiday menu available from noon to 10 PM. Priced at $28 for adults and $18 for children 10 and under (tax and gratuity not included), guests can look forward to a Turkey Dinner served with green bean casserole, candied yams, mashed potatoes, sausage-cornbread dressing and cranberry sauce. Dinner finishes with a slice of holiday pie created by Pastry Chef Lauren Petri. Choices include Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie or Apple Crumb Pie. In addition to Turkey Dinner, The Hamilton is offering other tempting entrées, such as Stuffed Acorn Squash with farro, braised kale, wild mushrooms and fontina cheese, priced at $17 and Roasted Ham, served with a cheddar cheese grit soufflé, molasses collard greens and Bourbon apples for $18.
