The dinner will feature regionally inspired foods prepared byExecutive Chef David Boyle of Davio's such as the Sauteed Jumbo Sea Scallop, Crispy Prosciutto, Parsnip Puree, Port Reduction and Braised Lamb Shank, Root Vegetable Gratin Salsify.
