Spring is finally here, and Former Future Brewing Company is set to release the next batch of beers in the brewery’s Black Project Beer Series. Get ready for Starfire and Starfighter on Sunday, May 22.

Starfire is a Sour Ale with citrus zest and Starfighter is a dry-hopped Sour Ale with citrus zest. As a bonus, Former Future will also be releasing Gambit, a Sour Ale with grapefruit, in honor of and for support of the The Brewtography Project on Kickstarter. Only 100 bottle of Gambit will be available.

Gambit will be sold as part of a Brewtography support pack that includes two signed 750 mL bottles, Black Project stickers, a Black Project bottle tote, and a signed 8x10 print from The Brewtography Project. These packs are $65, and Gambit will NOT be sold separately.

During this release day, Adelita’s will be serving breakfast tacos, and the event starts at noon.
