TCO April Brewer's Brunch Features Great Divide

Beer for breakfast!

For April, The Corner Office is teaming up with Great Divide Brewing Company of Denver for the latest addition of the Brewer’s Brunch on Saturday, April 23.

Each Brewer’s Brunch begins with a welcome beer, and for this event guests will enjoy Colette, a flavorful saison that will provide a fruity and slightly tart start. The opening course is West Coast Oysters on the Half Shell paired with Orabelle, which is also a Belgian-style beer. Orabelle is a Tripel with enough richness and complexity to match the oysters.

It wouldn’t be brunch with waffles and hash. Enjoy their Waffle Fry Has with a house brined Denver Pale Ale brisket paired with, of course, their Denver Pale Ale. The third course features House Smoke BBQ Wings paired with Barrel Aged Hibernation, a last taste of winter that is warm and hearty to match the heartiness of the BBQ. For dessert, finish with a Citrus Glazed Sticky Bun paired with the Espresso Oak Aged Yeti, the classic Yeti with the addition of Pablo’s espresso and aged in oak barrels. This treat alone is worth attending the brunch.

Tickets are $40 per person and can be purchased online here.  Brunch begins at 11:30 AM.
