The Year of the Buyout: A Comprehensive Guide to All of 2015's Beer Buyouts

2015 saw an astounding amount of shake-ups in the world of brewing; numerous craft breweries were purchased by larger companies, and AB-InBev announced it would be moving forward with the acquisition of its rival company, SAB-Miller. Even if antitrust laws force the new behemoth to shed a few of its labels, it will still be the largest merger in brewing history.

This trend of consolidation is likely to continue as craft brew sales grow and larger companies’ beer sales stagnate. For now, we’ve collected a comprehensive list of the sales in 2015 (and late 2014) to keep you abreast. If we missed any, let us know on our Facebook or Twitter.
