The 2nd Annual BrüFrou(broo-froo) craft beer and culinary pairing event features 80 Colorado brewers and chefs with more than 50 unique pairings. Directly outside BrüFrou’s front door will be the BrüFaire, a one of a kind craft and fine foods themed outdoor faire offering handmade goods from Colorado-based artisans. The event will take place at the Wings Over The Rockies Museum on Saturday, April 25. The TastyTalks Session, held from 11 AM to 12:30 PM, a new addition to this year’s event, is a limited opportunity for 75 attendees to experience clever insights from the world’s top brew masters and chef partners. Tickets are a $35 add-on to your BrüFrou pairing ticket and includes a 90-minute session with beer and food. Guests may choose to attend either an afternoon or evening tasting session. The Afternoon BrüFrou Session takes place from 1 to 4 PM, and the Evening BrüFrou Session is from 5 to 8 PM. Tickets are $95 for a Full Pairing Ticket, and $65 for a Dining Only Ticket.
