Marco's Offers an Evening to Meet the Masters, March 20 & 21
Have you ever wanted to learn to cook like the chefs of Naples, Italy? Now is your chance at Marco’s Coal-Fired Pizza. Both locations will offer an evening with three expert chefs from Naples at this exceptional event.
The evening will feature demonstrations, techniques and recipes featuring traditional Neapolitan pizza crafting from presenters from the Italian Institute. Experts include Fred Mortati, Roberto Caporuscio and Antima Caputo.
The event will begin with a cocktail and appetizer reception at 6 PM with dinner to follow. Dinner will feature specialty pizzas with beer and wine tastings and will end with a choice of desserts. The event is $60 per person and must be reserved in advance by emailing the Event Manager at MarcosCFP@gmail.com. Seating is limited, so get reservations in early.
The event at Marco’s Ballpark is Friday, March 20, starting at 6 PM, and the event at Marco’s Inverness will be Saturday, March 21, also starting at 6 PM.
