Join the best Colorado has to offer at the 2nd annual BrüFrou on Saturday, April 25. Enjoy 80 Colorado culinary crafters with more than 50 unique pairings inside the amazing Wings of the Rockies Museum. Your taste buds will thank you.
BrüFrou (broo-froo) is a craft beer and culinary pairing event bringing together the state’s best brewers and chefs for unique pairings along with samples of new brews and dishes, some created just for this event. The best part is everything tasted is quintessentially Colorado.
Featured breweries are Avery, Coda Brewing, High Hops Brewery, Mountain Sun Pub and Odell Brewing, Post Brewing, Powder Keg Brewing, Roaring Fork Beer Company, Wild Woods Brewing, Trinity, and Yak & Yeti Brewpub. Featured restaurants are BASTA, Bijou’s Little Curry Shop, Harman’s Eat & Drink, JAX Denver, Kitchen Next Door Union Station, Second Home Kitchen + Bar and TAG.
Along with fantastic food is the BrüFaire, a culinary handmade market featuring handmade goods from Colorado-based artisans such as non-perishable culinary items and ready-to-go perishable food stuffs. New this year is the Tasty Talks seminar led by master brewers and chefs. This 90-minute session features beer and food tastings plus an open Q&A discussion.
Guests will have a choice of two BrüFrou sessions. The afternoon session is from 1 to 4 PM while the evening is from 5 to 8 PM. The Tasty Talks takes place prior to the afternoon tasting session from 11 AM to 12:30 PM. A Full Pairing Ticket features over 50 beer and small plate pairings, opportunity to sample additional beer styles, a printed Collectors Belgian Beer Tasting Glass and a dishwasher safe BPS-free Party Plate with tasting glass holder. Dining Only Tickets are $65 and do not include the beer, perfect for Designated Drivers. Dining Only Tickets also include the Party Plate. Tasty Talks is an additional ticket for $35.
