Kachina Southwestern Grill will host a cooking demonstration and tasting on Thursday, June 26. Learn to "Cook Cool" at Kachina.
The class will teach guests how to make dishes that do not require much, if any heat, designed to keep people cool this summer. The demonstration and tasting will include Kachina's signature salas, Scallop Ceviche, House-smoked Trout Dip and sorbets. A glass of wine or beer is included in the class.
The class and tasting is $20 per person plus gratuity. Call Kachina Grill at 303-410-5813 to reserve a spot. Class starts at 6 PM.
